"I am a qualified early years practitioner with a strong focus on ASN. During my career I have worked with children and young people who have complex additional support needs and worked closely with young people who have experienced trauma. Some of my work history was based at Camphill's Ochil Tower Residential School where I delivered social and emotional support for ages 5 to 21, following pedagogy ethos with a holistic and therapeutic approach. I also have had a large input into supporting respite facilities and in the community supporting young people and their families achieve the best possible outcomes."
