We believe that good relationships are vital to the success of our school as a learning community. Our behaviour policy is built on this belief. The purpose of this Relationships for Learning Policy is to create a system that promotes positive behaviour and deals appropriately with challenging behaviour by achieving a balance of appropriate sanction and follow up work, by pupils and staff, to ensure that similar incidents are avoided in the future.
